Welcome to Echoes of Praise: A Journey Through Choral and Piano Masterpieces—an evocative concert experience that bridges the sacred traditions of the Renaissance with the lush, atmospheric landscapes of the 19th and 20th centuries. This program celebrates the power of the human voice and the versatile elegance of the piano, featuring a special collaboration between the IREC Hamburg and IREC Berlin choirs.

Choral Grandeur
The combined voices of the IREC Hamburg and Berlin choirs bring to life the spirited polyphony of Monteverdi and Gibbons, alongside the soulful, late-Romantic depth of Brahms.
The French Salon
We celebrate the "Belle Époque" through the ethereal works of Fauré, Satie, and Ravel. This includes a rare choral version of Fauré's Pavane accompanied by two pianos.
Lyricism on Strings
Intimate moments for violin and piano are woven throughout, featuring Chaminade's Andantino, and Lili Boulanger's evocative Nocturne.
Bohemian Energy
Providing a rhythmic pulse to the evening are Dvořák's Slavonic Dances, contrasting the fiery Furiant with the poetic, storytelling Dumka.
