The IREC Munich Choir is a vibrant collective of individuals brought together by their love for singing and a wholehearted desire to serve God. Composed of members from diverse backgrounds, the choir is united by a common calling to exalt God and proclaim His truth through music.
Actively involved in various church ministries, the choir serves in a variety of settings, including Sunday services, EREC, IREC Munich's annual choral service, outreach programs to nursing homes, and musical ministry at Christmas markets. Through each of these distinct opportunities, the choir seeks to offer music as a prayer, bringing Christ's light and the joy of His message to all who listen.
The choir's musical repertoire includes both traditional and contemporary hymns, embracing the Church's rich historical and theological depth while engaging with modern musical expression.
The IREC Munich Choir is trained by Sarah Faith Oei and Collins Tanujaya, both music students specializing in violin and piano performance respectively, whose guidance nurtures musical excellence while preserving a spirit of worship rooted in devotion.
